DESCRIPTION:TOUR HOURS for the 1855 Harris-Kearney House Museum\nGuests are almost always welcomed by Gracie the Museum’s Official Greeter! \n2026 TOURS Open SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. \nTOURS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE TODAY\nUpdated: 4/19/2026 — Refresh your screen to ensure updates appear. \n\n\nNORMAL Walk-In SCHEDULE\n: Saturday and Sunday 1-4 p.m. every weekend thru Dec. 20th (unless otherwise posted below and on Facebook).\n\n\n\n\nOPEN for Walk-In Tours  (Now thru Dec 20th)   \n\nSaturday or Sunday 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (Unless otherwise posted below and on Facebook)\nTICKETS\n\nTickets for normal tour days and hours\, are always available in advance or at the door.\nTickets for special appointment times ~ if you are unable to come on the weekends ~ may also be purchased online. Confirm a tour appointment first by calling 913-787-1707 BEFORE purchasing your ticket.\nTour Tickets purchased online\, in advance\, will be given priority over walk-ins. purchase tour tickets by Credit Card or PayPal HERE.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCLOSED for Walk-In Tours (Periodically Walk-In Tours are closed for special events or due to Tour Guide schedule conflicts.) \n\nClosed Saturday April 18th & 25th – due to special events\nClosed Saturday May 30th – for a special event\nClosed Sunday June 28th – for a special event\nClosed Saturday July 18th – for a special event\n\n\n\n\n\nSELF-GUIDED TOURS are not available.\nAPPOINTMENTS available for Individual or Group Tours\, and Field Trips \n(7 days a week\, now thru Dec. 20th) and FIELD TRIPS (Mon -Sat thru Dec. 18th)  If you cannot come on the weekend\, call 913-787-1707 to schedule your tour appointment any day of the week —  based on the availability of tour guides. Appointments include groups up to 12 people\, field trips\, or individuals. \n          \nCURRENT EXHIBITS in the Museum House\n\nOur Documenting History “Working” Exhibit as we inventory everything in the museum house or in storage.
